What It Covers
Applies to veins included in the original comprehensive treatment plan.
Covers:
- Retreatment at no charge if a vein treated as part of the original plan did not fully close at the six-week follow-up ultrasound.
- Additional ultrasound or follow-up evaluation if symptoms persist or closure status is unclear.
Applies to the post-procedure period up to three months after treatment completion.
What It Does Not Cover
- New veins identified after treatment that were not part of the original plan.
- Asymptomatic patients or procedures outside standard medical indication.
- Unrelated symptoms not caused by venous reflux (e.g., musculoskeletal or neuropathic pain).
- Cosmetic-only treatments performed solely for appearance.
- Procedures outside standard care (e.g., Varithena® or VenaSeal™ under self-pay unless separately approved).
